Once you fall in love with an item, select any customisations you'd like and add it to your basket. You can add items from different sellers to your basket and pay through one easy checkout process. Card payments will be processed by the completely secure and widely used online payment processing system, Paypal.

Questions

To contact a seller about an item you are considering or have already purchased, please email [email protected] stating your order number and the seller's name to whom you are asking the question. We'll forward this on to the seller and get back to you as soon as we hear from them.

Delivery

Each order is sent directly from the seller from whose stall you purchased it, hence if you order from more than one seller your items will be delivered in more than one package. The seller chooses their own delivery charge according to the size, weight and value of the item which is clearly displayed on the items page.

If you order more than 1 item from the same seller you will not incur more than 1 delivery charge, the highest delivery charge will apply.

If you order from more than 1 seller you will incur a delivery charge from each seller.

Some sellers hold items in stock however many knit to order. The estimated number of days it will take to knit an item is clearly stated on the items page, so please do check this before ordering.

Returns

We will refund or exchange any item that was in a sellers stock however made-to-order and customised items cannot be returned.

Items you wish to return must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to us with 30 days to Grannies, Inc. Ltd., 18 Loughborough Park, London SW9 8TR. Please obtain proof of posting.
