Delivery Areas

We are happy to offer delivery of all MarketPlace items to addresses all over the world. Delivery costs vary depending on location, they are clearly stated at the top of each item page.

Delivery Costs

Each order is sent directly from the seller from whose stall you purchased it, hence if you order from more than one seller your items will be delivered in more than one package. The seller chooses their own delivery charge according to the size, weight and value of the item which is clearly displayed on the items page.

If you order more than 1 item from the same seller you will not incur more than 1 delivery charge, the highest delivery charge will apply.

If you order from more than 1 seller you will incur a delivery charge from each seller.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary from seller to seller. Items that a seller holds in stock can be with you within a few days however items that are made to order wil likely take longer. The estimated number of days it will take to knit an item is clearly stated on the items page, so please do check this before ordering.

Returns

We will refund or exchange any item that was in a sellers stock however made-to-order and customised items cannot be returned.

Items you wish to return must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to us with 30 days to Grannies, Inc. Ltd., 18 Loughborough Park, London SW9 8TR. Please obtain proof of posting.
